Sponsor: The Raffle is sponsored exclusively by Lilas Clean Corp.

Duration: The Raffle Period runs from October 27, 2025, and will end on November 30, 2025, at 11:59 PM PST (the "Entry Period").

Eligibility (Service Area): The Raffle is open only to legal residents, 18 years of age or older, within the following Lilas Clean service areas: Antioch, Kenosha, McHenry, Gurnee, Salem, Pleasant Prairie, Waukegan, Great Lakes, Racine, and surrounding areas.

Qualification: Entries are only deemed qualified if the entrant has completed all three (3) mandatory steps listed on our official Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/lilascleancorp, including the final form submission here at https://lilascleancorp.com/promo

No Purchase Necessary: No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win.
2. Prize Details

Prize: One (1) Complimentary "Deep Clean" Service from Lilas Clean Corp.

Scope of Service: The service is strictly limited to a deep clean of one (1) Bedroom, one (1) Bathroom, one (1) Living Room, one (1) Dining Room, and one (1) Kitchen.

The service does not include specialty services such as exterior window cleaning, carpet extraction, heavy mold/hoarding removal, or moving heavy furniture.

Scheduling: The service must be redeemed and scheduled on a mutually agreed-upon date and time within sixty (60) days of the Winner Notification Date.
3. Winner Selection and Notification

Selection: The Winner will be selected at random using an electronic randomizer on December 1, 2025, from all qualified entries submitted via the official website form.

Announcement: The Winner will be formally announced on the Lilas Clean Corp. Facebook Page.

Notification: The Winner will also be contacted directly via email and/or phone number provided in their official website entry form within two (2) business days following the drawing.

Claiming Prize: The Winner must reply to the direct notification and confirm their eligibility and acceptance of the prize within forty-eight (48) hours of initial contact.
4. Facebook Disclaimer and Release

Mandatory Disclaimer: This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta (Facebook/Instagram).

Release: Entrants fully release Meta (Facebook/Instagram) from any liability related to this Raffle. The entrant is providing information to Lilas Clean Corp. and not to Meta.
