1. Eligibility This introductory offer is valid strictly for new commercial clients (property managers, facility directors, and business owners) operating within Antioch, IL, Kenosha, WI, and their immediately surrounding service areas. The offer is limited to one (1) trial clean per company or property location.

2. Mandatory Walkthrough Requirement Before scheduling the complimentary trial clean, a designated representative of Lilas Clean Corp must conduct an on-site walkthrough. This walkthrough is necessary to assess the square footage, determine the current condition of the facility, and mutually agree upon the specific areas to be serviced. Lilas Clean Corp reserves the right to refuse the trial offer if the facility requires biohazard cleanup, post-construction cleanup, or presents an unsafe environment for our staff.

3. The "Capped" Scope of Service The complimentary initial clean is strictly bound by the following caps:

● Size Cap: Service is limited to a maximum of 2,500 square feet of office or common area space. For facilities exceeding 2,500 square feet, the client may choose which specific areas (e.g., lobbies, main restrooms) will be included in the free trial, or opt to pay a prorated fee for the remaining square footage.

● Labor Cap: The service includes a maximum of four (4) total labor hours (e.g., two cleaning professionals for two hours, or one professional for four hours). If the allotted time expires before the agreed-upon areas are completed, the cleaning crew will cease work unless the client authorizes paid overages at our standard hourly rate.

● Service Cap: The trial covers Standard Maintenance Cleaning only. This includes routine dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, basic restroom sanitation, and trash removal.

● Exclusions: The free trial strictly excludes deep cleaning, floor stripping and waxing, carpet shampooing/extraction, interior/exterior window washing, appliance cleaning, and heavy trash-outs.

4. The "Tear-Up" Guarantee & Contract Activation. To qualify for the free trial, the client must review and sign a standard recurring commercial cleaning agreement (minimum 3-month term) before the commencement of the trial clean.

● The Guarantee: Following the completion of the trial clean, the client has a 24-hour grace period to evaluate the quality of the work.

● If the client is not completely satisfied, they may cancel the recurring agreement within this 24-hour window by notifying Lilas Clean Corp in writing (via email). The agreement will be immediately voided ("torn up"), and the client will owe nothing for the trial service.

● If no cancellation notice is received within 24 hours of the trial’s completion, the signed recurring agreement will become fully active, and scheduled billing will commence per the contract terms.

5. Scheduling and Cancellations: Trial cleans are scheduled based on the availability of the Lilas Clean Corp team. If the client needs to reschedule the trial clean, at least 48 hours' notice is required. Failure to provide adequate notice or a "no-show" that grants access to the building will result in forfeiture of the free trial offer.

6. Liability Lilas Clean Corp is fully licensed, bonded, and insured. While our staff takes the utmost care in your facility, Lilas Clean Corp's liability for any accidental damage during the trial clean is subject to the standard terms outlined in our primary service agreement.
