Apply & Onboard
Fill out the quick form below. If selected, you'll complete your I-9 and tax paperwork online via DocuSign before you even touch a mop.

7-Day Paid Trial
Learn our "Excellence in the Details" standard. You will be paid a guaranteed $17.00/hr (plus mileage) for your first 7 assigned working days while you train.

Earn 40% Commission!
Pass your trial evaluation, and graduate to our Performance Pay tier. You now take home 40% of the job fee, maximizing your earning potential!
What You Need to Succeed
We supply all the professional equipment, uniforms, and chemicals. You just need to bring a great attitude and meet these basic requirements:
Legal Work Authorization

Must have valid ID to complete Federal Form I-9 on your first day.

Reliable Vehicle & Insurance

You must have a valid driver's license and your own reliable vehicle to travel between client locations.
Detail-Oriented & Reliable

Our clients expect perfection. We need team members who notice the small things and show up on time, every time.
Physical Stamina

Cleaning is physically demanding. You must be able to stand, bend, and safely carry up to 25 lbs of equipment.
